Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.

How to Initiate a Return

Email hello@studioleafline.com with subject line: Return Request — [Your Order Number]. Include photos of the item and packaging. Once approved we will arrange a free pickup.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
  • Items purchased during sale or promotional events
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge.

Exchanges

We facilitate exchanges for a different colour of the same product subject to availability. Email us to check stock before initiating an exchange.
